This End User License Agreement governs approved access to PRAEVIS™ AI, owned and licensed by D&S Portfolio Group Inc.
Limited License
Subject to this agreement and current authorization, D&S Portfolio Group Inc. grants an approved user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PRAEVIS AI for authorized private-beta evaluation and approved incident-reporting purposes.
Authorized Use
Users may access the service only through an approved account, authorized role and registered device, and must follow applicable safety, privacy, organizational and legal requirements.
Prohibited Use
Users may not bypass access controls, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, misuse another customer’s information, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, or represent beta output as a government, police, insurance or legal determination.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for entering truthful information, preserving uncertainty, reviewing AI-prepared content, confirming facts before use, obtaining permissions required for submitted information and prioritizing personal safety over evidence collection.
AI Assistance Limitations
PRAEVIS AI supports documentation and human review. It does not make final determinations of fault, liability, criminal responsibility, exact speed, medical diagnosis, work-related medical causation, insurance coverage, final repair cost or final legal conclusions.
AI ILLUSTRATIVE RECONSTRUCTION — NOT ORIGINAL EVIDENCE. Reconstruction organizes confirmed information for illustration and does not establish fault, liability, exact speed, criminal responsibility or final causation.
Vehicle-specific Preliminary Damage Triage is not an insurance appraisal, repair authorization or final repair estimate.
Not an Emergency Service
PRAEVIS AI is not a replacement for 911, emergency medical services, law enforcement or emergency roadside response. Safety and emergency response always take priority.
Beta / Pre-Release Terms
Features may change, availability is not guaranteed, access may be suspended or revoked, and defects may occur. Beta outputs must not be represented as government, police, insurance or legal determinations.
Account / Access
Only approved users may access or install the private beta. Requested, approved, active, suspended, revoked and expired states remain subject to authorization checks. Payment or contribution does not automatically grant access, and installing the application does not bypass authorization.
Intellectual Property
D&S Portfolio Group Inc. retains its rights in PRAEVIS™, PRAEVIS AI, software, interfaces, documentation, reports, templates and other protectable materials. This license does not transfer ownership.
Termination
This license ends when authorization expires, is suspended or revoked, or when the user materially violates these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive remain effective.
Changes to Terms
A materially updated EULA may require a new explicit acceptance before further private-beta use.
