This End User License Agreement governs authorized access to PRAEVIS AI™, owned and licensed by D&S Portfolio Group Inc.
License
Subject to this agreement, an active PRAEVIS account, and the applicable subscription, reward, trial, complimentary grant, or organization entitlement, D&S Portfolio Group Inc. grants the authorized user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PRAEVIS AI for its intended incident-reporting, safety, fleet, EHS, and related account functions.
Authorized Accounts and Devices
Users may access the service only through their own authorized account and applicable registered-device controls. Fleet access is assigned to named users; one-time Fleet enrollment links or codes are enrollment credentials only and are not shared passwords or substitutes for authentication. Accounts, subscriptions, grants, trials, devices, and organization memberships may expire, be suspended, or be revoked.
Account Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and recovery information. PRAEVIS may require email verification, registered-device validation, multi-factor authentication, or other security checks. Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access and must not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, device, entitlement, or integrity controls.
Prohibited Use
Users may not impersonate another person; use another customer’s credentials or data without authorization; introduce malicious code; attack, probe, scrape, disrupt, or circumvent the service; defeat usage or security limits; extract server credentials; or reverse engineer except where applicable law expressly permits. Users must not represent PRAEVIS output as a government, police, insurance, medical, legal, or other official determination when it is not one.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for entering truthful information, preserving uncertainty, reviewing AI-prepared content, confirming facts before use, obtaining permissions required for submitted information, and prioritizing personal safety over evidence collection.
AI Assistance Limitations
PRAEVIS AI supports documentation and human review. It does not make final determinations of fault, liability, criminal responsibility, exact speed, medical diagnosis, work-related medical causation, insurance coverage, final repair cost, roadworthiness, or final legal conclusions.
AI ILLUSTRATIVE RECONSTRUCTION — NOT ORIGINAL EVIDENCE. Reconstruction organizes confirmed information for illustration and does not establish fault, liability, exact speed, criminal responsibility, or final causation.
Preliminary Damage Triage is not an insurance appraisal, repair authorization, final repair estimate, or substitute for a qualified physical inspection.
Not an Emergency Service
PRAEVIS AI is not a replacement for 911, emergency medical services, law enforcement, fire response, or emergency roadside assistance. Safety and emergency response always take priority.
Evidence, Reports and Temporary Recovery
PRAEVIS may temporarily process report information and authorized evidence to provide the service. Completed report sessions and associated temporary evidence are subject to the retention and recovery practices described in the current Privacy Notice. Users are responsible for exporting and preserving records they are required to retain.
Subscriptions, Trials and Rewards
Access may be provided through a paid subscription, paid report, Fleet organization entitlement, crowdfunding reward, free trial, or complimentary grant. A payment, contribution, reward selection, or application download does not by itself bypass account activation, identity verification, current terms, security checks, or entitlement status. Fleet purchasing and billing are managed through the PRAEVIS web service; store-delivered mobile apps consume authorized Fleet access.
Third-Party and Partner Services
Some functions rely on service providers or authorized integrations. Partner integrations are available only when specifically implemented, authorized, and enabled. PRAEVIS may change providers or technical implementations as needed to maintain security, reliability, compatibility, and the service.
Updates and Availability
PRAEVIS may release security, compatibility, reliability, or feature updates. Users may be required to install or accept an update before continued use. Testing or prerelease programs may have additional restrictions communicated to participating users. No software or internet service can guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual Property
D&S Portfolio Group Inc. retains its rights in PRAEVIS™, PRAEVIS AI™, software, interfaces, documentation, templates, and other protectable materials. This license does not transfer ownership.
Termination
This license ends when authorization expires, is suspended or revoked, or when the user materially violates these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive remain effective.
Changes to Terms
A materially updated EULA may require a new explicit acceptance before further use.
