Fleet
Manage PRAEVIS access, seats, company profile information, report presentation and billing. Incident reports and driver evidence are not exposed in Fleet Administration.
Commercial Account
Plan & Billing
Payment details are collected on Stripe's hosted payment page. PRAEVIS receives subscription status and seat quantity through verified server-side events. Seat reductions are blocked when they would leave assigned drivers without a purchased seat.
Reusable Company Data
Vehicles, Insurance & Policy Reminders
Keep the information drivers repeatedly need during an incident current before an incident occurs. Authorized fleet administrators can maintain company vehicle and insurance profiles, scan supported insurance or registration documents for AI-assisted field extraction, and configure policy-expiration reminders.
Saved information reduces repetitive entry during an incident, but PRAEVIS still requires the reporting user to confirm the vehicle and incident-specific facts before they enter the final report.
Final Report Presentation
Company Report Branding
Personalize the final fleet incident report with your company identity while preserving PRAEVIS AI report integrity and required notices. Branding changes presentation only; they do not change incident facts, AI guardrails or reporter certification.
Named Seats
Drivers
Each seat belongs to an individual PRAEVIS account. Deactivating a driver ends organization access immediately and returns the seat to the available pool.
No driver seats assigned.
Secure Integration Architecture
Insurance, Claims & TMS Connections
PRAEVIS is being structured to connect incident data to authorized external systems without turning Fleet Administration into another TMS or telematics dashboard.
Direct insurer and TMS integrations are not represented as live connections until a specific partner integration has been implemented, authorized and validated. Integration settings intentionally store no API keys, OAuth tokens or partner secrets in the browser or mobile app.
