Authorized fleet administrators can maintain company vehicle and insurance profiles, scan supported insurance or registration documents for AI-assisted field extraction, and configure policy-expiration reminders.

Saved information reduces repetitive entry during an incident, but PRAEVIS still requires the reporting user to confirm the vehicle and incident-specific facts before they enter the final report.
